The Encompass Helpdesk provides Operational services for the Encompass environment to internal and external customers. This IT Operations positi! on is responsible for Level 1 support through monitoring job failures, analyzing failure details and following procedures to resolve issues.
Position Type
Full Time: 1 st Shift (8:00am-4:00pm)
Responsibilities
Provide phone support
Monitor and respond quickly to issues reported to the IT Helpdesk
Monitor Production jobs/Notifications for failures and take steps necessary to correct
Utilize internal bug tracking tool for reporting and documenting issues
Escalate necessary issues to on-call Developer
Assist in training of new team members
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Working knowledge of S/FTP, Networks
Preferred Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or other related field
.NET programming knowledge
