We are currently recruiting for a Control Room Operator on a Production Platform Facility located in the Gulf of Mexico.
Detailed Description
Work schedule of 14X14 with a work terminal out of Houma, LA.
Key Activities and Responsibilities:
- Monitors and controls the remote operation of subsea wells and production systems, including performing emergency corrective action as required.
- Operates in compliance with 30 CFR operating limits, regulations, standards, procedures and codes.
- Maintains appropriate records and documents and! submits reports as required.
- Works effectively in a ! team environment to monitor, log, resolve, and escalate operation and safety issues.
- Maintains the work area in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
- May work with deck operators as part of an operating team.
- As a member of a busy team, actively assists with additional projects as required.

High School education
Licenses/Certifications
·
Subpart-O / T-2 certification required
Skills and Experience
·
Related subsea wells, oil and gas operations experience is required.
·
Computer proficient with excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
·
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
