PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must have eye/hand/foot coordination, finger/fine dexterity and be able to handle/grip/squeeze and perform repetitive activity. Must be capable of transferring-vertical/horizontal, lifting/carrying 21-35 pounds and be able to push/pull, walk, sit, stand, hold, flex/position/twist and reach.
SUMMARY:
Schedules exams for patients, performs pre-regristration, faxes documents, handles customer service related! requests. Communicates preparations, handles call backs, coor! dinates legal records requests and performs various other clerical tasks. Coordinates patient visits.
