Functie
The International Field ! Sales Engineer (Sales Accountant) is part of the small and efficiently operating EMEA team (13 fte) and will be accountable for OE manufacturers and distributors in the Northern part of EMEA region (mainly Scandinavian countries and UK). The Sales Accountant will conduct complex sales projects of custom made "small motors" to companies like Nokia or Electrolux and sales of standard components to distributors.
Account Management of approx. 10 existing OE clients and some distributors
Technical coordination of client request to internal R&D departments
Managing long sales cycles of 1+ years
Sparring partner of client's engineering-, quality- and purchasing departments
Conduct and manage "design-in" activities in close cooperation with client
Some business development of potential new product/market combinations
Representing company in pr and communication, presentations
Reporting to Senior Sales in UK
Work from Almere office or travel (up to 50%), no home o! ffice
Functie-eisen
Technical Bachelor Degree (electronics or mechanical)
Around 3-5 years of experience in outside sales, business to business (international experience NOT required!)
Fluent in English (Dutch not necessary)
Willingness to travel 30-50%, mainly 1-2 day trips
