Production Facility Information Processor
Responsibilities:
Collect documents from Loading Office & Shift Supervisor's office each morning: distribute paperwork to staff.
Update (revisions and adding new documents) documentation in ISO manuals, Neal Plant Manuals, Operating Instructions, etc. as necessary. Also help to maintain hard copy files, manual distribution, etc.
Update and maintain truck driver and contractor training information.
Document and update employee information - current, new hire or transferred employees.
Assist Safety Compliance Engineer in administering training, keeping LMS up to date, and keeping track of and filing all training tests not associated with MOCs.
Material Coordinator SR Backup duties as related to scheduling customer shipments and miscellaneous duties of CSR to ensure shipments are met.
Attend Monthly Safety Meetings and participate in Office Safety Audits.
Administers payroll procedures for facility personnel, biweekly office and weekly union payroll, including transmittal of data via computer. Track payroll exceptions such as vacations, sick, missed punches, etc. Hand out checks when they are received at plant.
Coordinates waste wash cycles with carrier, shift supervisor & receiving facility, prepares / completes / distributes required paperwork, tracks monthly non-RCRA regulated waste shipments. Types BOL's, orders non-hazardous waste manifests and maintains copies MSDS for waste shipments
Administers office supply needs for facility personnel, including ordering supplies and maintain adequate inventory levels, ordering of safety shoes and maintaining records.
Prepares and schedules Fed Ex shipments and sends out certified mail.
Correspondence for plant manager
Special projects for plant manager and other management staff members such as utility production worksheet and EP Safety points management.
Forwards daily utility report for steam/import and export, BFW and fuel gas import
Gathers/distributes information weekly and month end for outside contractor hours for weekly and monthly reporting.
Coordinates plant luncheons/celebrations/service awards. Order flowers.
Maintains and distributes daily production report.
Meter Vs. Scale - Enter data from BOL's - scale setting, required amount and actual amount shipped for all maleic shipments. Information used to check accuracy of load scale vs. meter.
This position is located in Kenova, WV

Qualifications
High School Diploma Required, higher education preferred.
