Our Organization is seeking a highly skilled Operations Project Manager to be part of our Ohio Valley MidStream group located in Moundsville, WV. As an Operations Project Manager at Williams, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, analyzing and implementing opportunities, processes and changes, on a business unit wide basis, that improves reliability, reduces operating costs, and creates sustainable competitive advantage.

Responsibilities:
Development and execution of optimization ideas, processes, and tools in pipeline operations and maintenance

Determine optimal system operations mode on a real-time basis and cause adjustments to be made as needed to achieve optimum state

Understand customer needs and contractual obligations, and ensure those are integrated into the daily operations

Work wit! h Customer Service and Project Development as the Operational ! representation on project planning

Work with Engineering and Construction to assist in development of projects and ensure successful commissioning of projects and transition of project to Operations

Work with Technical Services Subject Matter Experts (SME) to identify and suggest training needs specific to OVM operations

Identifies and communicates best practices in pipeline operation and maintenance by working with OVM OpTechs, contractors and Technical Service (SME)

Work with peers and leaders to ensure that priorities between system operation

Develop and maintain pipeline operational modeling tools that assist in daily optimization of system while planning for future state

Champion optimization items and processes by analyzing, recommending and executing those items and processes

First line interface with Technical Services (SME’s)

Understand customer needs and contractual requirements and ensure b! oth are integrated into system operations

Serve as pipeline operations contract for external customers, alliance partners, commodity management, measurement services, engineering and commercial marketing group

Utilize influence without authority techniques integrates change and best practices into OVM operations and maintenance activities

Qualifications:
Basic/Required:
Previously obtained a minimum of five (5) years of gathering pipeline, treating or cryogenic gas processing facilities operations and maintenance

Possess a high school diploma or two-year technical school degree

Understanding of complex systems and ability to identify opportunities to optimize economic performance

Have good leadership and communication skills (written and verbal)

Willingness and ability to work unsupervised

Utilize computer programs such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and all necessary maintenan! ce management programs

Understanding of budgeting and forecast! ing processes and economic evaluation tools

Must have excellent time management skills; be well organized and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize

Preferred :
Possess an Associate’s degree in instrumentation, Controls Technology, Electrical, Mechanical is preferred

Prior experience in a leadership and/or relevant technical experience in the area of responsibility is preferred

Have prior success in the operation and maintenance of compression, gas gathering, treating and cryogenic gas processing facilities, either as a leader or in a hands-on role is preferred.
