Job Description
The National Health and Productivity Practice Clinical Coordinator provides customer service to the clinical needs of the Producers in the field and their clients. The Clinical Coordinator will review and analyze clinical data, provide recommendations and assist in the presentation of this information to the client.
The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for the total population health risk management through oversight of service; report generation; analysis and distribution; and coordination of clinical information from and to partners; i.e. outsourced vendors.
Responsible for a specific group of client accounts.
Customer Consultation and Account Management duties include:

Create presentations and participate in client or prospect presentations, including compiling and presentation of pertinent clinical information
Clinical report generation and analysis
Coordinate meetings for implementation or projects or to provide reports
Basic Qualifications
5+ years designated line of insurance experience.
Minimum Qualifications
Demonstrated knowledge of group insurance products including applicable carrier networks, carrier administrative guidelines and compliance requirements. Effective communications; strong client service and problem solving skills; flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines; ability to work in a team setting. Insurance license ! for designated insurance line required within 6 months of hire, considering state law restrictions. Microsoft Office Suite experience required.

Registered Nurse with an unrestricted nursing license, and at least 5 years of clinical experience.
Bachelors degree in health care related or business fields.
Previous experience in TPA or other medical insurance to include knowledge of internal claims operations, utilization management, case and/or disease management
Preferred Skills
Masters degree in health care related or business fields, and sales or client facing experience
