Job Summary:
Bright Earth Solution is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for answering inbound calls from our customers and working with them to determine the best way to handle their inquiries. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and will be highly motivated and driven to succeed. We are looking for a person who is eager to learn and has a desire to make a difference in our company.
Responsibilities:
Answering inbound calls from customers who have encountered an error on their order or encountered a problem with an order that needed immediate attention.
- Working with customers to determine the best way to handle their concerns.
- Communicating with customers about the status of their order, providing updates, and offering other options.
- Following up with customers to ensure they received all of the items that were promised them.
- Providing excellent customer service and responding promptly to customer needs.
- Communicating with our sales team and management about the progress of orders, returns, and other issues that arise.
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, call center calls, sales calls, orders placed over the phone, returns called in, etc.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous Customer Service Experience Preferred but not Required.
- Previous Sales Experience Preferred but not Required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $2,500.00 - $7,000.00 per month
