The Customer Service Manager is expected to take on the following essential roles and responsibilities. This position is Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:30pm in the office. Covid vaccination required.
· Communicate with Nordstrom stores regarding status of customer repairs/orders
· Support Sales Team with setting up Special Order/Memo Requests
· Communication with Nordstrom Buying Office
· Updating spreadsheets and reports daily/weekly/monthly
· Communicate with cross-functional departments
· Facilitate questions and resolve problems from other departments
· Entering data onto company logs
· Perform additional logistical tasks as necessary

Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
