We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates for open positions within the organization. The Recruiter will also be expected to develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure that recruitment processes are effective and efficient. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the recruitment process, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to finding the best talent for our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
- Identify and source qualified candidates through various recruiting methods.
- Conduct initial phone screens with potential candidates.
- Conduct in-person interviews with potential candidates.
- Provide feedback to hiring managers on the status of the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruiting activities.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.

Pay: $50,491.00 - $110,000.00 per year
