We are seeking candidates who want to be part of a dynamic team focused on solving the most ambitious problems across Store Operations and Store Development. You will identify key issues, partner with cross-functional teams to conduct analyses, develop and communicate executive level recommendations, and implement aligned initiatives and programs. You will leverage data to drive decision making in support of enterprise business planning.


Work scope will range from developing the North America Annual Strategic Plan and facilitating cross-organizational workshops to identify productivity-driving opportunities, to assessing, scoping, and piloting business-critical programs for delivering on enterprise priorities. **This job posting is for two multiple roles. The pay range for this position may be narrower than that displayed, depending on where the work is performed.


As a Strategy Manager, you will…


Leadership – Leads high performing, cross-functional, often nationally distributed teams to scope and deliver multifaceted programs:

  • Sets goals for the work group, develops organizational capabilities, and models how we work together
  • Identifies and communicates key responsibilities and practices to ensure the working group promotes a successful attitude, confidence in leadership, and teamwork to achieve business results

Planning and Execution - Develops strategic and operational plans for the work group, manages execution, and measures results:

  • Plans and manages business unit and department processes and practices to ensure that programs are aligned with company business goals and objectives.
  • Prepares, communicates, and educates end-user groups on changes in processes, tools & enablers within the organization.

Business Requirements – Provides strategic thought-leadership and strong financial acumen:

  • Leads strategic problem-solving efforts by helping the team identify key issues, develop hypotheses, and design required analyses. Guides the team in thinking through complex and ambiguous issues, identifies creative information sources and approaches, and pushes the team to develop new insights. Oversees and reviews team analytics to ensure integrity and accuracy.
  • Creates structured but dynamic presentations illustrating key business issues, new insights, and recommendations.
  • Communicates team recommendations to senior leaders and can confidently field questions and concerns
  • Reviews and provides guidance to cross-functional sub-teams in developing robust and detailed workplans. Manages overall project workplans, defining approach, timing, and key deliverables. Ensures that cross-functional team meets all project deliverables and timelines.

People leader – Manages and develops direct reports to build positive team culture, nurture talent growth, and deliver business results


We’d love to hear from people with:

  • Progressive experience in Strategy consulting OR CPG/General Management experience (5 years)
  • Strong project leadership in a cross-functional environment (3 years)
  • Proficient in Human Centered Design (HCD), advanced skills in financial modeling, building executive-ready presentations
  • MBA preferred but not required.
  • Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities
  • Interest in market planning and store development
  • Strong organization and planning skills
  • Strong presentation skills
