Duties for Fitness Trainer:
Fulfill the company defined customer experience by being a friendly, available, customer focused, excited team member
Provides technical support based on in-depth product knowledge to other associates and customers on all exercise/fitness merchandise
Drive sales through community involvement by building relationships with health organizations, hospitals, etc.
Organizing and displaying merchandise to company standards
Consistently promot! ing company programs including warranty sales, scorecard, priv! ate label credit card, etc.
Will be required to pass a certification administered by DICK'S Sporting Goods
Skills:
Candidates must be flexible in working a rotating schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Experience:
1-2 years of Sales experience
Prior exercise/fitness experience preferred
