The ability to work in collaboration with the FNS Supervisor to plan patient, cafeteria and special event menus. Will be responsible for working with the production staff to provide quality menu offerings while controlling food cost, utilizing products effectively and presenting eye appealing menu offerings. Experience: Formal culinary training strongly preferred with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in hotel and/or fine dining restaurants.
