We are currently recruiting for a GNC Training Officer to join our NBTY Europe Training Team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to share their passion for health and sports nutrition across our business.
As the GNC Training Officer you will be responsible for implementing a range of training solutions to support the brand objectives.
Responsibilities:
To deliver and evaluate training to standard in line with the Training calendar and business requirements To be flexible in their implementation of training solutions, using a combination of workshops, mini sessions with 3-5 delegates, in store sessions with 2-3 delegates or 1 to 1 training and coaching Monitor and review in store training activities, and conduct training store audits where necessary Undertake training projects in order to support current and future business objectives Communicate with the Area Sales Manager’s to identify training needs and solutions Ensure all training programmes and activities support the sales and service culture Manage own time effectively, compiles workload quickly and effectively, and adjusts priorities to meet changing circumstances Improve customer experience and develop a sales focused store teams You will be required to work towards KPI’s these will include: Qualification report, numbers with each Qualification, overdue and pass rates Supervisor and Store Manager career development progress Course delivery and evaluation Attendance rates Relevant training updates (GNC Specific activity/National projects) Feedback from field
The Individual:
The right individual must have a passion for fitness, nutrition and the latest health products Ideally you will have previous experience conducting training and coaching You will be an effective communicator and be able to present information and ideas in both written and verbal formats Previous experience in Sport, Leisure or Retail industry Ability to naturally build and maintain relationships at all levels Ideally qualifications within sports or nutrition Please note that this is a national role and you will be required to undertake the necessary travel as required. The candidate will be ideally located in London or the Midlands.
