ICU / Critical Care Nurses

Location: West Virginia

Our Client is currently searching for a strong ICU and Critical Care nurses for a busy ICU unit. Consisting of adult patients.
Plans, organizes, directs, and e! valuates nursing care for assigned patients. Provides direction and supervision to ancillary staff.
Demonstrates technical competence in clinical practice. Utilizes multidisciplinary resources in response to patients'/families' needs (learning, discharge preparation, spiritual).
Organizes tasks consistent with patient care needs. Delegates appropriate tasks and follows up as indicated.

Requirements

• BSN Required / Master's preferred
• 2 - 5 years' experience within a busy ICU Critical Care unit
• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred.
