This fantastic opportunity will allow a Junior Helpdesk / Desktop Support Analyst to develop their skills supporting Mac and PCs within a small IT Team.
The Junior Helpdesk / Desktop Support Analyst will be joining a company synonymous with some of the World's most famous people and requires someone with the right blend of technical skills and motivations.
Key Skills:
Broad knowledge and experience in: Xerox and HP Printers, MS Office 2011, 2007, WiFi
Above average skills in: Mac OSX and Windows XP, 7
Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel for Mac
Excellent skills in: Customer Service and 1st Line support
Demonstrated ability to: resolve printing issues
Demonstrated ability to: resolve connectivity issues
General knowledge of: MS Mail Clients
General knowledge of: Adobe CS versions 3-6
General Knowledge o! f: Networking
The ideal Junior Helpdesk / Desktop! Support Analyst will have excellent verbal communication skills, be presentable and be customer focussed.
For the right candidate the Company will pay up to £18k.
