Full Time Spanish Language Data Entry Specialist

Location: Idaho Falls Idaho

Description: Melaleuca is currently seeking to employ Full Time Spanish Language Data Entry Specialist right now, this job will be placed in Idaho. Detailed specification about this job opportunity please give attention to these descriptions. Processes all incoming paperwork with efficiency and ensuring accuracy. Analyzes all Data Entry documents for errors or incomplete information making any corrections necessary. Forwards problem paperwork to the appropriate teams for follow-up.

Duties and Responsibilities
Essential

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Ability to work long hours at a time.
  • Enters new customer applications (i.e. Customer Agreements/Independent Marketing Executive/Select Packs/Orde! rs, etc.) into the database by entering all applicable informa! tion and verifying the accuracy of the information.
  • Updates the customer’s account with changes as requested.
  • Receives, sorts, and prepares incoming mail to be scanned into the system.
  • Forwards any problem paperwork to the correct teams/departments.
  • Files documents after completion.
  • Performs special projects assigned by the Enrollment Support Supervisor.
  • Analyzes internal procedures as well as external policies.
  • Understand the document flow in the Data Entry System and be able to perform all processes.
Minimum Qualifications
Essential

  • Ability to walk up and down stairs
  • 400 net 10 keystrokes per minute
  • Type 40 words per minute at a 100% accuracy
  • Computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, etc.) with the ability to learn new computer program)
  • Ability to analyze problems and create solutions.
  • Ability to work independe! ntly and professionally.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under stress.
  • Sit with intermittent walking.
  • Working knowledge of all incoming forms (i.e. identifying forms, problems, etc.)
  • Manual dexterity for such duties as stapling, collating, sorting, filing, typing, writing, etc.
  • Visually read reports, computer screen, etc.
  • Ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy.
