Ensures that accurate patient demographic, financial and medical coverage information is obtained and recorded during the registration process. Ensures patients are di! rected to the appropriate service areas. Operates a multi-line phone system to relay incoming, outgoing, and inter-office calls. Frequently communicates with patients, visitors, physicians and staff.
Medical Terminology class is required.
Previous registration experience is preferred.
