A&P Mechanic 12m+ Contract

Description: Aerotek Aviation is currently seeking to employ A&P Mechanic 12m+ Contract right now, this vacancy will be placed in West Virginia. Detailed specification about this vacancy opportunity kindly see the descriptions. Our client in Bridgeport, WV is actively seeking qualified A&P Mechanics for immediate employment. This is 12 month+ contract-to-hire position with an hourly rate at $26.52! and $30/hour Overtime. Candidates who qualify will be eligible to receive per diem.
Duties/Responsibilities:
The candidate must be able to read blue prints and schematics. Will be performing C and D Check maintenance on the following aircraft models CRJ 200, 700 and 900 series aircraft, Bombardier Business Aircraft (Challenger, Lear, Global Express) and Q-400/Dash 8's in a repair station environment. Perform maintenance on customer aircraft in accordance with applicable technical data and FAA regulations. Perform inspections, making adjustments and repairs, replacing components, and correcting malfunctions or deficiencies. Perform basic mechanical and electrical removals and installations. Document work performed per appropriate manuals including, but not limited to, Inspection Procedures Manual (IPM), Structural Repair Manual (SR), Maintenance Manual and Component Maintenance Manual.
Qualifications:
A&P License is required
3-5 y! ears aviation heavy maintenance experience (CRJ experience pre! ferred, but not required)

Candidates must be able to pass background and drug tests.
