Orrick currently has an excellent opportunity for an IT Trainin! g Specialist in the Global Operations Center in Wheeling, WV . Responsibilities: In conjunction with the Chief Talent Officer, Director of IT Training, and other department staff, the IT Training Specialist will design and develop courseware and other training materials, and conduct end user training and support for the firm. The IT Training Specialist will be expected to understand the firm technologies to an expert level, and act as liaison between IT and end users,often working closely with the IT Staff in the practice offices. Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent, an associate or bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university, or seven to ten years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Significant experience with the development and delivery of training on IT systems in a large firm or legal environment.
• Courseware and technical documentation writ! ing skills.
• One-on-one and small group in person trai! ning experience.
• Must be able to work independently with excellent judgment.
• Public relation and diplomacy must be excellent.
• Must be extremely detailed oriented, highly accountable and organized.
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Office including related applications such as MacPac, Workshare, and iManage.
• Understanding of adlt learning modalities
• Relevant certifications (MCT, CTT+, MOS) a plus.
