Job Summary
At Waste Management, an Oil Services Field Technician must have the ability to perform manual labor with or without direct supervision.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
An Oil Services Field Technician performs general manual labor tasks including, but not limited to, the following:
Lifting and moving materials greater than 60lbs to waist level and 40lbs above chest level.
Pipe threading,oil site maintenance, minor construction.
Proper use of hand tools.
Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This job has no supervisory duties.
Qualifications
The requi! rements listed below are representative of the qualifications ! necessary to perform the job.
A. Education and Experience
Required: At least six month of related experience.
Preferred: One year related experience.
B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements
Valid Driver's License
C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Must be eligible to be legally employed in the US
Successfully complete pre-employment (post offer) drug screen, and background check, which will include previous employment check, criminal history and motor vehicle record review.
Candidate has the ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
