Overlake Medical Clinics, LLC (OMC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Overlake Hospital Medical Center. OMC is
searching for an experienced practice manager to
manage two busy Urgent Cares located in Issaquah and Redmond.
Incumbent has responsibility for management of
overall operations of the two sites.
Collaborates with physicians to grow, maintain and improve clinic services.
Primary focuses are staffing, financial management and process improvement ini! tiatives that support a growing business.
As the clin! ic leader youâre expected to actively participate as a highly visible member of the local
community to ensure the goals of the clinic and organization are met.
The Urgent Cares are open from 7am-11pm, 365-days per year.
Issaquah has a staff of 30-35 and sees an average of 80-100 patients per day. Redmond has a staff of 25 and sees an average of 50-60 patients a day. The averages increase on the weekends. Each location is supported by front desk staff, MAâs, RNâs, mid-levelâs and physicians.
Each location has a state of the art imaging center that operates under Overlake Hospital.
The Manager works in close partnership with the Director Operations, Urgent Care Medical Director, Supervisors and Imaging Manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelorâs degree in Health Care, Nursing, Business Administration or other related field required. Masterâs preferred.
Minimum of 2-years practice management experien! ce required.
Must have proven leadership and facilitation skills; must be able to work with a high degree of autonomy.
Ability to independently handle multiple priorities and projects.
Strong analytical and computer skills required.
Ability to read and produce financial reports to support decision making is essential.
Must have training and/or knowledge appropriate to clinic positions; must understand scope issues.
Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
Experience with EMR applications, EPIC preferred.
RN preferred.
Working Conditions:
This is an exempt position which typically works a Monday through Friday schedule.
Travel back and forth between the clinics and Bellevue (main hospital campus) is required.
Occasional commitments outside of normal business hours and on the weekends will be required.
