If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to become an integral part of our team as a Newborn Hearing Screen Recruiter.As a Newborn Hearing Screen Recruiter, you will play a vital role in attracting, identifying, and hiring compassionate individuals to make a difference in the early detection of hearing loss in newborns. Your expertise in candidate sourcing, screening, and relationship-building will be instrumental in fulfilling the staffing needs of our programs nationwide.
Responsibilities
We currently have an opening for a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team.
Recruiter for our Newborn Hearing Screen service line will be responsible for identifying, screening, and assessing Newborn Hearing Screen for open requisitions within a specific region. These candidates are mainly employed on a part-time basis and may be looking for flexible opportunities in healthcare or that fit their lifestyle.
Some of the main responsibilities of this role include candidate engagement through virtual networking, market mapping, market intelligence, and reporting. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and innovative in active and passing recruiting techniques, strategy development, internet research and web-sourcing acumen; leveraging existing sourcing tools such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, iCIMS and niche boards; internal and external networking; increasing candidate pipeline for anticipated and active openings.
This role must be able to move at a very fast pace and have a high ability to organize and prioritize based on a rapidly changing and growing healthcare environment.
Prioritize sourcing efforts based on the direction of the Talent Acquisition Manager.- Directly source talent by utilizing a variety of techniques, tools, and sourcing channels.
- Source passive and active candidates from job boards, our internal applicant tracking system (iCIMS), the internet, social media, target companies, cold calling, networking groups, or any other combination of marketing mediums as established by integrated recruitment and marketing campaigns.
- Develop creative approaches to identify, attract, and engage high quality candidates, while pursuing cost-containment options.
- Partner with the operations team about sourcing techniques and effective strategies, devising effective strategies to uncover top talent in our various markets.
- Review candidates who have applied to requisitions and identify those with the qualifications to be phone screened.
- Conduct phone/video screens of candidates and professionally present candidates to Hiring Managers to include phone screen and resume via iCIMS.
- Partner with operations management on a regularly scheduled connect to discuss program staffing needs, requisitions, and candidate pipeline
Qualifications
- Experience with high-volume recruiting and online sourcing niche sites including job boards, job posting and social-media systems.
- Experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates within a robust ATS system.
- Organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to take on multiple tasks and function under stressful situations and deadlines.
- Ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, self-motivated and possess careful analytical skills.
- Candidate must have ability to work in rapidly changing healthcare environment.
- Candidate must possess versatile computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS.
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation: Salary for position ranges from $50,000- $81,000 annually based on relevant experience
