About the Job:
The Mission of the Taco Bell IT Knowledge and Training Analyst is to create and conduct technical training programs for Service Desk analysts to support all technologies used in Taco Bell restaurants. The training analyst accomplishes this by Determines training objectives, reviewing course curriculum and lectures on the Taco Bell technology to support Restaurant issues when calls come in to the Services Desk.
The Day-to-Day:
- Determines training objectives, creates training programs, including outline, text, handouts, and tests, and designs laboratory exercises.
- Develops and coordinates schedule and deliver new hire and existing analyst refresher training programs to individuals within the Service Desk
- Design and prepare job aids and resource materials for use upon completion of training.
- Analyze knowledge articles relevance and work with Platform owners to update articles as needed.
- Assess training needs through regular communication with employees, surveys, consultation with managers or focus groups.
- Timely compile and report result of participant evaluations, attendance, and other relevant training data, sharing course effectiveness and impact data on a regular basis to eliminate delays that could impact Restaurants.
Is This You?
- BS/BA in Computer Science and/or equivalent training or experience
- At least 3 years of Training experience Information Technology preferred .
- Experience with MS Office suite (Outlook. Word, Excel, Powerpoint), eLMS
- Ability to work independently, establish priorities, and proceed with objectives to meet timeline and dates.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
- Excellent oral and written communication with the ability to build relationships and influence processes.

Salary Range: $66,600 to $95,040 annually + bonus eligibility + equity (if applicable) + benefits
