Job Description: ELI is looking for top-producing LTL Freight Sales professionals seeking the independence and unlimited income that they deserve. Our Agents are entrepreneurs that understand the commitment and financial rewards of building and managing a successful base of business. In this role, you will assume full sales responsibility to: Sell our services to your existing customer base Generate new leads Develop, establish, and maintain strong collaborative relationships Our successful Agents have more than DOUBLED their previous Freight Sales salary in a very short period of time. ELI Offers: The ability to sell any company, anywhere in the US Web-based TMS software Pro Ship Comprehensive training program centered on marketing and selling our TMS software Aggressive, residual commissions with NO FEES ; monthly, annual, or renewal Tremendous earning potential Freight desk routing services for inbound and drop shipments Daily and weekly activity reports to help manage customer usage ELI s dedicated and experienced back office support team The opportunity to also sell TL (Van or Flatbed) Agent Requirements: (Mandatory) Must have a minimum of 2 years LTL Freight Sales experience A solid track record with extensive freight customer relationships Commission Structure: Residual-based commissions on all LTL and TL shipments.
