Responsible for the successful daily operations of the Hotel Front Desk.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Will assist in the supervision, training and development of the Front Desk staff.
- Oversee and participate in guest registration.
- Ensure that consistent high quality customer service is delivered
- Resolve guest complaints courteously and efficiently
- Educate and enforce all company policies
- Promote a safe work environment
- Foster cooperation between other departments to ensure that the overall goals of the company are met
- Ensure that all payments are processed according to established resort requirements
- Provide information and assistance to all guests and visitors
- All other duties as assigned.
