We are looking for 2 Sales Merchandiser in the Palmerston North area:
Sunday/Monday/Tuesday 30 hours per week
3 days per week (flexible), including 1 weekend day, approximately 32 hours
The purpose of this position is to ensure that all Goodman Fielder products are ordered, available and presented professionally in the respective stores.
This is an autonomous role that involves travel around our regional supermarkets and stores within the grocery sales channel. The success of this role lies in the successful and professional store level relationships that are managed with our key customers. Your duties will include ordering, merchandising, and some administrative work.
The preferred candidate will have:
Self motivation with excellent time management and organisational skills
Excellent manual handling skills as some heavy lifting is required
A team and customer orientated attitude
The ability to work with autonomy in an unsupervised environment
Previous experience merchandising or sales is desired but not essential as full training will be provided
Their own car (Mileage allowance is provided) and drivers licence.
