Siemens Healthcare Managed Services has an immediate opening for an IT Technician to provide quality client service at one of our customer hospital sites located in Weirton, WV. The candidate must have excellent customer service skills via telephone, email and face-to-face contact.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for PCs, PC attached hardware, PC software, operating systems, and connectivity to the network (wired and wireless)
- Participates in the testing and implementation of new PC and Mobile device hardware and software solutions
- Create, follow, and keep current job processes appropriate to your role and function as a PC analyst
- Evaluate and recommend new solutions and! efficiencies to the organization
- Able to work independently
- Self directed individual who can also work well in a team environment
- Familiar with multiple PC operating systems
- Well versed in all types of desktop and mobile devices
- Able to analyze/diagnose/resolve PC and related issues
- Able to work with end users of varied technical expertise
- Able to interact with all ends users throughout the organization (Clerk to CEO)
- Must be customer service/success centric
- Must excel at intercommunications, including written and verbal skills
- Must possess and demonstrate critical thinking skills in all appropriate aspects of this role
