Education and Experience: Previous retail experience preferredHigh school diploma or the equivalentBachelor degree in agricultural-science or business related field desiredHighly motivated leader capable of motivating others to achieve company goalsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflictStrong verbal and written communication skillsMust have a Valid Drivers License if you drive for company businessEssential Skills: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to ! successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
