Under general supervision, the incumbent will provide professional service and support to new and existing customers of ! the high tech, online visitor management security service iVisitor. The incumbent must interact with high profile commercial clients requiring excellent service over the telephone and demonstrations via webinars.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
A BachelorÂ's degree in a computer related field preferred
Excellent customer service and telephone/email communication skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Multi-tasking skills with a good understanding of the internet and browsers
Willingness to learn, support and train the web based service, iVisitor
Knowledge of computer device installation such as printers and cameras a plus
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
Log new customers in CRM (Salesforce.com)
Keep track of incoming leads (Excel) and provide monthly report
Create customer file (Dropbox) and file important communications as needed
Design new customer visitor badge layouts (! Adobe Illustrator)
Work with badge vendor to obtain q! uotes
Work with kiosk manufacturer to obtain quotes
Prepare customer quotes and request contract signatures (Excel)
Maintain national account order forms (MS Publisher)
Maintain part number list for ordering equipment and badges
Process new and re-orders with internal accounting department
Keep track of when customers need to re-order badges and send reminders
Obtain license keys from vendor for driverÂ's license scanner installations
Track shipments from vendors and communicate ETAs to customers
Configure new accounts in iVisitor based on customer requirements
Help customers with equipment installs (printers, DL and barcode scanners, cameras)
Train new customers on iVisitor (GoToMeeting)
Maintain iVisitor User Guides (MS Publisher)
Answer support calls and emails, and remote into computers to resolve issues
Respond to website chat inquiries (OCC)
Duplicate and report application issues to engineering
Track and request renewal POs from existing customers
Order and ship customer referral gifts (iPod touch)
Maintain customer touch program
Assist with Google Adword Campaigns
Maintain social media sites
Create Power Point presentations as needed for training or sales presentations
Update website content (Drupal)
