Entertain your future being the go to person for your c! ustomer! In this important role, you are responsible for taking in-bound calls from customers who have indicated a desire for changing/adding programming, bundling internet and phone services, and/or equipment in an attempt to sell the products. Successful candidates will be able to determine the wants/interests/and needs of the customer to identify the best programming, bundling, equipment and other service needs in the interest of providing an outstanding customer experience. CSR may need to provide basic technical and billing support to ensure customer satisfaction. Employees are expected to commit in their role to provide the best service possible for every customer they interact with. Call center quality, productivity, and professionalism standards are in place to help ensure these goals are attained.

Qualifications

High School or GED equivalent required

Must be 18 years or older

Sales experience

Persuasive & friendly verbal! communications skills for the purpose of convincing customers! to maintain upgrade or add other services and equipment to enhance their experience. Strong written communication skills.

Active listening skills for the purpose of determining customer needs and problem solving with the intent of keeping customers for the long-term.

Decision-making: Knows and executes on decisions which are within their scope. Knows and asks for assistance on decisions which are outside of their scope.

Ability to interact with distressed customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services, resolve service complaints, and effectively facilitate success in conflict.

Effectively able to deal with conflict.

Demonstrated problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.

Maintain a sense of urgency combined with getting work done completely,accurately and in accordance with company standards.

Demonstrated interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment! and maintain a professional and positive manner.

Ability to success in a face paced high energy environment.

Demonstrated organizational, detail orientation, prioritization skills and time management skills to ensure that work related activities are completed in an accurate and timely manner.

Familiarity with a variety of office equipment, standard software packages and application and use of personal computers to include the Microsoft Office suite of products.

Will be required to work a flexible schedule that provides needed coverage for customer service levels.

Required to read and follow all company policies and procedures.

Able to maintain a regular work schedule to meet the needs of the business.
