This position is responsible for all operations required for coil production, including Scalping and Hot Line.
This position will ! supervise Scalping and Hot Line production operations and associated employees.Will be held accountable for providing an injury free work environment for self and subordinates. This supervisor is also accountable for efficient operations from day to day which include but are not limited to: production of quality material, manufacturing processes, labor relations, 5S, on time deliveries, and enforcement of company rules and procedures.Must enforce compliance to the collective bargaining agreement and any recordkeeping as required. REQUIRED: Rolling manufacturing is a plus, bachelor's degree preferred.
