Roach Energy has an exciting opportunity for an experienced customer service representative in our Martinsburg headquarters location.
This position is the first point of conta! ct for our fuel customers and headquarters guests and requires the utmost in professional demeanor .
Duties include but aren’t limited to :
- Operating switchboard in a pleasant and professional manner
- Greeting and assisting walk in customers
- Sorting and distributing the daily mail
- Daily reconciling of cash drawer and preparation of bank deposit
- The processing of all new accounts and delivery information
- Posting customer payments
- Processing credit applications and keeping information confidential & locked
- Receiving, processing and logging customer payments for delivery
- Processing service contract billing and delivery billing
- Running monthly statements for all cycles
- Reconciling customer accounts
- Processing and billing monthly voucher accounts
- Processing, balancing, reconciling and remitting credit card payments
- Mailing invoices an! d statements in a timely manner
- M aintaining postage ! meter
- F iling
