Fixed Asset Coordinator

Description: nTelos Inc. is in need of Fixed Asset Coordinator right now, this occupation will be placed in West Virginia. Fixed Assets Management â€" Work closely with Accounting on processes involving purchasing, receiving, transferring and retiring of material in accordance with the Material Manag! ement Processes and Procedures Manual.
Warranty Return and Repair - Work closely with the Vendors and Operations personnel to ensure all returns are processed and accounted for during the entire return and repair process. Monitor material warranty with the support of Operations personnel. Maintain material warranty database.
Inventory Control â€" Provide inventory audit support for the West Va. Wireless Network Engineering & Operations Department. Work with Vendors and Accounting to ensure all shipments are complete. Conduct periodic inspections to ensure material is received into JD Edwards using packing slips as verification. Perform quarterly inventory counts using JD Edwards data to reconcile any inventory variances and report findings to supervisor. Maintain inventory and spares database.
Warehouse Management â€" Run Site Development and Operations warehouse in a clean and orderly fashion; operate fork lift as necessary to load and unload mat! erial shipments.
