Description: State of West Virginia is at present recruited Maintenance Worker - Tucker Co. right now, this job will be placed in West Virginia. Custodial work such as sweeping, mopping, waxing and buffing floors, dusting, cleaning windows, walls, lights and other fixtures. Gathers and disposes of trash and wa! ste materials. Paint walls and trim. Supervises cadets at the Rubenstein Center performing custodial duties and cleaning state vehicles. Assist with minor maintenance duties (i.e., hanging items, replacing light bulbs, minor repairs. Assists with snow removal). Assist with inventory and stocking of cleaning supplies. Will have the ability to climb ladders. Ability to carry heavy objects such as office equipment, chairs, packages, etc. ability to maintain buffers, floor machines and other custodial equipment. Ability to supervise cadets. Ability to maintain inventory. Ability to perform basic maintenance and cleaning duties. Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Training: No formal education required.
Experience: Two (2) years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience in housekeeping, custodial, or general labor work.
