Program Coordinator (Waltham/Malden) : This position is responsible for the day-to-day functioning of the very busy insurance-funded portion of in-home services provided out of the HomeBase Program. Successful candidates for the position will have experience in providing CBHI in-home services, as well as knowledge of many of the administrative aspects related to insurance funding for these servicesâ€"including such things as medical necessity criteria, written documentation supporting Medicaid-reimbursabl! e services, and insurance authorization processes and procedur! es. Additionally, ability to work closely with a variety of outside entities, including insurance companies, CSA personnel, and a variety of community referral sources is essential. Automobile and car insurance required.
Master of Social Work or other related degree and independent licensure (or immediate eligibility). Bilingual/bicultural candidates encouraged to apply.
