ITW Thermal Films seeks a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Romeo, MI. This position will provide direct support to customers regarding order processing, shipments, technical support, and quoting. Key responsibilities include sales support with a positive attitude with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction and ITWTF profitability. This position reports to the Ecommerce Sales Manager and is a non-exempt (hourly) position. Hours are 8am-5pm, Monday â€" Friday.
Essential Functions:
Provide exceptional customer ser! vice by responding to customer calls and emails in a timely ma! nner. Customer requests may include: order status, change in order, material tracking, pricing, product availability, technical support, product recommendation, etc.
Accurately prepare and create customer quotes in a timely manner
Ensure that customer orders and information are accurately entered and processed
Provide support to field sales group
Process requests for returns
Actively listen to customer requests and provide suggested solutions
Must demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment
Ability to plan, prioritize, and problem solve with a high degree of urgency
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business related field or equivalent experience
3-7 years customer service experience preferred
Strong knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel
Excellent communication skills
Proficient with math calculations
Strong initiative
Detailed oriented
