The qualified candidates will provide human capital support to facilitate the Federal staffing process. Assists Federal staff with identifying appropriate position descriptions for new recruitment actions, assists with Job analysis, assists with the development position descriptions, assists with identifying required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities, classifies positions and ensures new position descriptions include appropriate data and information in accordance with applicable guidelines and pr! actices. Provides general administrative support to the staffi! ng process.
Qualifications
Security Clearance: Minimum of a secret clearance.
Education: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or 7 years of experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
Experience: We are looking for individuals from entry level to the senior level.
