Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming internet email leads and inbound phone calls
- Be available to respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
- Call on 100 prospective customers and past customers daily from a variety of different lead sources in a telemarketing/call center environment
- Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
- Call Center/Telemarketing experience is desired.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Ability to hit call volume goals and closing percentages
- Demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license
