The Idaho Department of Health & Welfare, Division of Family and Community Services is recruiting for a Human Services Supervisor for the Pocatello Infant Toddler Program. The position will be responsible for early childhood intervention services and supervision of multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:
Provide supervision to direct service providers
Determine case priorities, recommend/provide training needs, and evaluate staff performance
Provide input into program policies, goals, and procedures
Promote standardization and consistency of practice
Routinely observe quality of service delivery activities by contractors and staff
Ensure quality of reports, assessments, and IFSP outcomes
Attend Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) meetings or ensure lead worker presence
Assist with community outreach/organization
May carry small caseload
Minimum Qualifications:
Some knowledge of supervisory practices
Some knowledge of community organization/development principles and processes
Experience demons! trating good knowledge of: human services principles and practices to include social and family systems, human growth and development, and case management methods
Good knowledge of early intervention services for infants and toddlers
Experience providing or supervising direct early intervention services to infants and toddlers and their families in natural environments
