Perform activities in accordance with cGMPs and applicable procedures.
Understand the production process and critical process parameters.
Operate production equipment/systems.
Follow all safety rules and JSA’s for area.
Participate in area safety cells.
! Document process steps on appropriate batch documentation.
Perform line setup in both aseptic and non-aseptic processes.
Seek out and identify opportunities to improve equipment operational efficiency and reliability.
Transfer knowledge of equipment capabilities and operational techniques to others.
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Demonstrated parenteral manufacturing experience.
Strong understanding of quality systems in a cGMP manufacturing environment.
Learning agility must be high and ability to successfully learn/adapt to new processes and process changes is critical to success.
Demonstrate attention to detail, excellent documentation skills.
Flexible to work overtime, weekends and/or off-shift hours with short notice.
Basic computer skills.
Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, working safely and accountable for supporting all HSE Corporate and Site goals.

Additional Skills/Preferences
Knowledge of Parenteral equipment and cGMP manufacturing operations.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Aseptic experience preferred, with current ability to work in aseptic area.
Additional Information
B103 operates on a 24h/3.5d schedule, with shift durations of 12 hours.
Shift 1 works 0545-1800 M/Tu-Th and Shift 2 works 1745-0600 M-W/Th.
Ability to wear safety equipment (safety glasses, safety shoes, protective gloves, respirator, beard/hair covers, uniform, coveralls, etc.).
Contingent upon completion of a Job Fitness Post Offer exam and vision test (including color screening).
Ability to work overtime, weekends and/or off-shift hours with short n! otice.
Some allergens are present in the parenteral plant.
Mobility requirements and exposure to allergens should be considered when applying for this position.
This position is not permanent. It is for a fixed duration of up to 4 years.
